Description

Chile Pasilla are dried chilaca chili peppers. Their name translates to “little raisin,” which explains how it looks. They are long, narrow, and brown and have a mild to hot heat. Their meaty texture makes them great for thickening salsas, sauces, and stews. All of our spices and spice blends are all-natural, gluten-free, vegan, kosher, and halal.
